We are about to embark on our Charlton33 by Porter Davis building journey in Melbourne.

After looking for months at almost every display home in Melbourne we immediately stopped looking any further once we visited the Charlton33 (with Fairview façade) at the Eucalypt Estate in Wollert. We not only loved the floor plan we also loved the style - French Bordeaux which we will imitate as best we can!
Due to the design of our block, we will however flip the house as seen at the Riverwalk estate in Werribee.
